2023 MAR - Dados Abertos BHDIGITAL
Serviços solicitados pelos cidadãos em Março de 2023 que foram abertos no BHDIGITAL. O BHDIGITAL é uma solução tecnológica que tem como um de seus objetivos, permitir a automatização de processos e tramitação de serviços disponibilizados aos cidadãos, por meio dos canais de atendimento da PBH. Desde a sua implantação em maio de 2020, são tramitados diversos serviços demandados pela população por meio do portal de Serviços, aplicativo PBH APP, Central de Atendimento Telefônico - 156 ou Central de Atendimento Presencial BH Resolve.
